Care we provide

Care is planned around each person: their routines, their history and what matters to them. Not sure which kind of care is right? Call us and we'll help you work it out.

Residential care
Day-to-day help with washing, dressing, medication and meals, for people who can no longer manage safely at home.
Dementia care
Patient, person-centred support for people living with dementia, in a home small enough for staff to know each resident's routines and life story.
Respite care
Short stays while a family carer takes a break, or after a spell in hospital while you work out what comes next.
Physical disability
Support and accessible rooms for people with physical disabilities, so they can keep as much independence as possible.
Sight and hearing loss
Round-the-clock support for people with sensory impairments, so the home feels familiar and safe.
End of life care
Comfortable, dignified palliative care in a homely setting, with support for families too.

Life at Grafton Lodge

Days are shaped around the people who live here: painting and crafts, baking, birthdays, visits from family and time in the garden.
